I was so excited to receive and I was not disappointed. I like the grape flavor better than cherry and strawberry. As for its effects, I personally say that it helped me improve on my training sessions.
I like the taste of this pre-workout and it seems to work okay. It gave me very minimal jitters and zero bloating which is a plus but I honestly was expecting more of an energy burst for my workout. This didn’t really affect my workout in any noticeable way. Still thinking if I would re-order.

Got the strawberry and this is by far one of the best things I’ve ever tried to take. The energy was good and it felt like I was so motivated to do more reps!
