Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software products
      • Some health and personal care items

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Book with obvious signs of use
      • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      At MMUSA UK, we are committed to delivering the highest quality sports nutrition supplements. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


      1. Returns Eligibility

      • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

      • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for health and safety reasons.

      • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


      2. Non-Returnable Items

      We cannot accept returns on:

      • Opened or partially used supplements.

      • Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly).

      • Clearance, promotional, or short-dated items marked as non-refundable.


      3. Refunds

      • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

      • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.


      4. Exchanges

      • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

      • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


      5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

      If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enquiries@mmusa.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.


      6. How to Return an Item

      2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

      3. We will provide refund address details upon contact

      Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
